We are looking for an accomplished Plant Commercial Lead to join our manufacturing operations in Vizag. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial discipline, ensuring compliance, and strengthening commercial functions to support plant efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant accounting and commercial operations
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives
• Oversee taxation, audits, internal controls, and statutory compliance
• Drive contract & vendor management to ensure cost-effective procurement and timely vendor payments
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, MIS, COPA reports, and data reporting in SAP Hana
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant operations
• Support strategic decision-making with commercial insights and analysis
• Provide regular updates and reports to the CFO/Directors on financial and commercial performance

What We’re Looking For

• CA Qualified professional with strong commercial & financial acumen
• 10-20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing plant finance & commercial functions
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Hana (COPA reports preferred)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in financial management, compliance & cost optimization, Data Reporting
