We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our CBG plant operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe plant operations, optimizing production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
