We are looking for a highly skilled PostgreSQL Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As a PostgreSQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex SQL queries, as well as maintaining and enhancing our database systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of our PostgreSQL databases. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL database systems for high-performance applications. Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions. Analyze and troubleshoot database performance issues and optimize query execution. Work on database design, schema development, and data modeling. Ensure data consistency, backup, and recovery procedures are followed. Collaborate with development teams to integrate database solutions into applications. Perform regular database maintenance, upgrades, and migrations. Assist in implementing database security best practices. Key Requirements: 4+ years of experience in PostgreSQL development and database administration. Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/pgSQL. Solid understanding of database design, normalization, and indexing techniques. Experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning and optimization. Knowledge of data replication, partitioning, and clustering in PostgreSQL. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
