BRADSOL is looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports using data from Azure and AWS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization best practices, DAX, Power Query, and the ability to integrate diverse cloud-based sources into unified reporting solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
- Integrate data from Azure (SQL, Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks) and AWS (Redshift, S3, Athena, RDS).
- Transform and model raw data using DAX and Power Query (M).
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful insights.
- Optimize datasets and reports for performance and usability.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and ensure secure access to sensitive data.
- Automate report publishing, refresh schedules, and manage workspaces via Power BI Service & Gateways.
- Participate in data quality validation for reporting accuracy.
- Stay updated with new Power BI, Azure, and AWS features.
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Power BI report/dashboard development.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
- Experience connecting Power BI with Azure & AWS cloud sources.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on with Power BI Service features (workspaces, refresh schedules, gateways).
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Exposure to CI/CD for Power BI (Azure DevOps).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
