Job Description

Ad Labz is hiring an on-site intern to help manage and optimize Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSAs), and other PPC channels for SaaS and B2B clients. WHAT YOULL DO Build and maintain Google Ads campaigns (structure, conversions, audiences, assets, extensions, negatives, brand vs non-brand). Always-on optimization (SQR mining, bid strategy tuning, budgets/pacing, placements, ad testing, quality signals). PMax & Shopping basics (feed checks, titles/attributes, exclusions, brand protection, asset groups, audience signals). Local Services Ads (profile setup, categories/service areas, review velocity, budget per lead, disputes, lead quality checks, weekly reporting). Other PPC: Microsoft Ads imports/deltas; baseline LinkedIn/Meta retargeting. Tracking & QA (GTM/GA4 checks, conversion validation, offline conversions format, UTM standards, landing-page form tests). Reporting (weekly Sheets or Looker Studio dashboards with clear insights and next steps). Process (maintain checklists, experiment logs, change logs). YOURE A FIT IF YOU Like structured work, clean spreadsheets, and measurable outcomes. Communicate clearly in English and follow through on details. Are comfortable with CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS and basic data hygiene. Learn fast and can follow checklists without dropping details. NICE TO HAVE Google Ads Search certification. Google Ads Editor, basic feed knowledge, HubSpot. Zapier/n8n or Power Automate, basic HTML.
