This is a dynamic, high-energy position where you’ll be both a leader and a doer. From strategic projects to day-to-day problem solving, you’ll keep the wheels of their practice running smoothly while shaping their future growth. You'll work closely with the Partners and the Senior Management Team to both deliver on immediate priorities and build systems that future-proof the firm.

• ✔️ Oversee day-to-day operations and management meetings
• ✔️ Lead IT strategy, supplier management & smooth software rollouts
• ✔️ Drive better processes across billing, HR, scheduling & reporting
• ✔️ Manage HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, staff engagement
• ✔️ Support & coach a small operations team
• ✔️ Deliver special projects that future-proof the firm
