We are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant - Modern Workplace (MWP) to join our team and help drive digital workplace transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and customer engagement skills to position Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- 🤝 Engage with customers to understand their business needs & IT landscape
- 🖥️ Design and present Modern Workplace solutions (M365, Teams, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, etc.)
- 🎤 Conduct product demos, POCs, and workshops
- 📑 Collaborate with sales teams for proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architectures
- 💡 Build business cases, ROI/TCO models, and act as a trusted advisor to customers
- 📌 Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap, licensing models & industry trends
🛠 Required Skills & Experience:
- 💼 8-12 years in IT solutions, with 5+ years in Presales / Solution Consulting
- 🌐 Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, Viva, etc.)
- 🔐 Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA
- 📝 Proven experience in preparing solution proposals, architecture diagrams & cost estimates
- 🎯 Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
- 🎓 Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101, MS-700, MS-720, SC-900) highly desirable
