Our client is seeking a Pricing & Proposal Analyst to support their growing commercial operations within the clinical research sector. This role will be pivotal in producing accurate, strategic, and timely client proposals while working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret client RFPs and protocols to develop pricing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create competitive and accurate proposals
- Maintain pricing consistency and ensure alignment with gross margin targets
- Support scope changes, pricing updates, and formal proposal revisions
- File and manage proposal documents and approvals as per internal standards
- Guide and mentor junior team members when required
- Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and industry regulations
Key Experience/Skills Required:
- 26 years of experience in pricing, proposals, or RFP management within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- A bachelors degree is preferred but not essential with relevant experience
