The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in school settings, and familiarity with Arbor software. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position offering a supportive and welcoming school environment with great transport links and staff parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student attendance records and ensure accuracy.
- Handle general administrative tasks and support school staff.
- Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.
- Assist with school events and activities as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience with Arbor software is preferred.
