As a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead and deliver projects up to £3m, working closely with clients, landlords, and project managers. You’ll be part of a collaborative team tackling challenges in existing buildings across sectors such as:
- Commercial
- Retail
- Education
- Healthcare
- Heritage
You’ll contribute across five key service areas:
- Technical Due Diligence - surveys, reports, and pre-acquisition assessments
- Plant Replacement - feasibility, design, and project management
- Design - creative solutions for refurbishments and fit-outs
- Maintenance & Operations - inspections, asset registers, energy optimisation
- Sustainability & Energy Efficiency - reducing carbon and improving EPC ratings
