Key Requirements:

• Minimum experience on small to mid-size private jets
• International flying experience is a must
• India-based crew only (preference for candidates with a valid US visa)
• Impeccable grooming, polished presence, and excellent communication skills
• Educated, confident, well-spoken, and highly discreet
• Strong ability to maintain utmost confidentiality at all times
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore or Baroda

Additional Competencies:

• Adept at maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of the aircraft at all times
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, with a keen eye for plating and presentation
• Ability to prepare signature cocktails and recommend wine/drink pairings to complement menus
• Skilled in designing beautiful menus and creative table presentations to welcome guests onboard
• Takes ownership, with the flexibility to support the operation on short notice
• Sharp attention to detail, refined taste, and an ability to deliver a luxury hospitality experience
• Knowledgeable and passionate about her craft, demonstrating professionalism and excellence at every step
