1. Develop and review process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs and equipment specifications / Instrument Datasheets.
2. Conduct process simulations and sizing calculations using tools like HYSYS, Aspen Plus or UniSim.
3. Perform process studies including hydraulic analysis, flare system design, and relief load calculations.
4. Support FEED, detailed engineering and EPC project phases.
5. Participate in HAZOP, HAZID , SIL and other safety and risk assessment reviews.
6. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Instrumentation, etc.) for integrated design.
7. Provide process input during procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
8. Familiar with international standards (API, ASME, IEC, etc.) and client-specific codes.
