Gadot Bio is seeking motivated Chemical or Biochemical Engineers to join our team as Process Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process excellence, supporting production operations, and leading projects that improve efficiency and quality across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of process performance at the production facility
• Implement strategies to optimize and improve processes
• Lead projects for facility upgrades, expansions, and new installations
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for production lines
• Troubleshoot process challenges and provide technical solutions
• Analyze reports, identify trends, and support the execution of work plans
• Partner with the Production Manager on engineering support for projects, including planning, documentation, and progress tracking
