About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Training Specialist with experience in claims adjudication to train and empower our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high standards in claims processing, customer support, and compliance.

Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 4 yrs of overall experience, at least one year in training, preferably in US healthcare, claims adjudication.

Strong communication & presentation skills

Proficient in instructional design & e-learning tools

Ability to deliver training via multiple formats (classroom, webinars, 1:1 coaching)

Flexible with shifts & occasional travel
