<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Administrator to support our procurement department. The Procurement Administrator will assist with purchasing activities, vendor management, and maintaining procurement records.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Assist with the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders and tracking shipments.</li><li>Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill procurement needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.</li><li>Assist with vendor selection and negotiation.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement principles and practices.</li></ul>
