Euro Gulf Contracting LLC is looking for hiring a Procurement Coordinator for their Interior Fit-out Division. Requirements: - Experience in a similar position, preferably in the Fit-out industry in UAE. - Familiarity with materials commonly used in interior fit-out projects. Responsibilities: - Liaise with Design team and ensure timely delivery of required material samples to the Design, Site, and Estimation Team. - Collaborate with project managers, designers, and engineers to understand material requirements. - Source and vet potential suppliers, collect material samples, obtain approvals, negotiate prices, and manage material requisition and purchase orders. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulations. - Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. - Coordinate timely and accurate material deliveries. - Maintain accurate procurement records including quotations, POs, contracts, and invoices. - Follow up with Finance to ensure timely payment processing.
