Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and estimators to identify project-specific procurement needs Review technical drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and project specifications to determine material and equipment requirements Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) to vendors and subcontractors; analyze quotations based on cost, quality, compliance, and lead time Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with suppliers and subcontractors Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to construction sites in line with project schedules Maintain and update procurement logs, supplier databases, and documentation Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays, quality, or non-compliance Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations, as well as company procurement policies Coordinate with logistics teams for transportation, customs clearance, and site deliveries Participate in cost control and value engineering efforts to optimize project costs
