Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry Strong knowledge of local and international vendors Skilled in negotiation, cost control, and procurement documentation Experience with ERP/procurement systems is preferred
