Green Line Electromechanical LLC is looking for hiring a Procurement Manager responsible for MEP materials and systems across HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, and Automation. Key Responsibilities: Develop procurement strategies for MEP (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical) Source and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors for technical capability, reliability, and pricing Identify cost-saving opportunities via market analysis, alternate materials, and local sourcing Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; ensure timely delivery to support project timelines Collaborate with engineering, estimation, procurement teams to align on specifications Manage material demand forecasting, inventory, and procurement budgets Prepare procurement reports and ensure alignment with cost control and schedules Lead and mentor procurement team for performance, efficiency, and adherence to policies Oversee documentation: POs, delivery notes, supplier agreements
