* Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for materials, equipment, and services. * Prepare and issue purchase orders, requests for quotation (RFQs), and tender documents. * Monitor suppliers' performance and resolve issues and concerns * Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings * Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts * Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
