Job Description

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with sales teams to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory, and supply chain for seamless product management.</li><li>Prepare product training materials and support sales force effectiveness.</li><li>Track brand performance, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul><p><strong>Eligibility Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: Science or Pharmacy graduate. MBA in Marketing/Pharma Management is an added advantage.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a reputed pharmaceutical company.At least 6 months of field experience is mandatory.</li><li>Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, therapeutic segments, and brand management.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.</li></ul>
