As a Product Manager / Product Owner at PaySika, you will be responsible for translating the companys strategic vision into concrete product features while ensuring optimal user experience and high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Draft and update functional product specifications. Oversee the proper implementation and execution of the product roadmap. Implement tracking tools to identify new features or monitor bugs. Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development process. Organize the release and deployment of new application features. Supervise product development by creating dashboards, KPIs, and scheduling progress meetings with the team. Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-performing and intuitive products. Contribute to financial inclusion and technological innovation in an area (Central Africa) that is currently underserved.
