Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of AEM applications. Apply specific functional knowledge of AEM platform to help guide the design and implementation of the solution Participate and conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews and initial client discover work Responsible to prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use case and work-flow diagrams and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle Work with client business owners & partners to develop AEM implementation strategy & roadmap. Ability to lead team and client meetings and to clearly articulate the solution being developed with all the stakeholders along with ability to walk stakeholders through AEM authoring, site assembly, DAM setup, etc. Lead scrums team to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
