Supervise production operations in solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules, pills). Ensure production processes comply with GMP standards and quality requirements. Manage the team and assign tasks to meet production schedules on time. Monitor performance and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth workflow. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
