We’re looking for a Program Engineer to take ownership of programs from start to finish — reviewing customer drawings, creating manufacturing plans, and ensuring products meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. You’ll work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management, vendors, and customers.

Key Highlights:

• ✅ New Program Development - cost estimates, lead times, manufacturing routes, technical documentation (BOMs, drawings, routes).
• ✅ Program Execution - on-time, on-budget delivery, risk mitigation, contract compliance, SOPs & safety.
• ✅ Vendor Management - build supplier relationships, ensure specs, vendor site visits.
• ✅ Cost & Efficiency - drive cost reductions, maintain BOMs/routes.
• ✅ Inventory & Quality - manage buffers, investigate complaints, implement corrective actions, support audits.
• ✅ Communication - partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales & Product Management.
