Oversee tactical planning and day-to-day management of IT programs. Collaborate with IT and business leadership on strategic program planning. Engage with stakeholders for project ideation and support business case creation and ROI assessments. Develop in-depth understanding of projects within the IT portfolio; manage with business context in mind. Ensure alignment of projects with program goals and manage planning and execution accordingly. Drive complex, cross-functional projects across global, distributed teams. Provide independent leadership without need for daily guidance. Perform core project management duties: guide project through approval gates, create project plans, budgets, RACI, resource and communication plans, and manage execution. When leading Agile projects, work closely with scrum masters and product owners. Deliver program and project status reports, ensuring transparency and value. Partner with IT/business hiring managers to secure necessary resources for project delivery.
