Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams aligned to leaderships strategic priorities Serve as single point of accountability; provide clear executive updates and manage expectations Lead strategic problem-solving; frame decisions and enable rapid, high-quality solutions Prepare executive-level decks, updates, and decision papers for board-level audiences Build and maintain detailed program plans (scope, timelines, interdependencies, risks) Run program governance (reviews, steer-cos, ad-hoc working sessions) for swift decisions Define, track, and report program KPIs and strategic outcomes; course-correct as needed
