We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead customer success efforts in partner schools. This role is pivotal in ensuring schools achieve their learning goals and experience exceptional value through our programs.
- Drive smooth program onboarding, training & ongoing support for schools
- Monitor usage & outcomes, ensuring student progress and impact
- Build strong relationships with school leaders & administrators
- Support School Implementation Officers for effective program delivery
- Collect & analyze data to identify trends and improve outcomes
- Lead retention and renewal efforts (aiming for 95% retention)
