Key Responsibilities: Manage trainee pools and follow up on their daily progress and participation. Administer and moderate WhatsApp groups and other communication platforms, concerning sharing program updates, session links, materials, responding to participants' questions, and sharing other resources on time Coordinate and attend online and offline training sessions. Conduct operational procurement that is aligned with project needs and protocols. Perform call center operations and follow up with assigned leads. Utilize CRM systems (Excel, Coda, etc.) for tracking and documentation. Track participant engagement and ensure alignment with project KPIs. Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team.
