2- Approach the clients/consultant during the execution of the project to solve any technical/financial issues.
3- Controlling the project in all its stages according to the project budget.
4- Insure to fulfill all the contract requirements.
5- Coordinate with all the company departments to insure completing the project activities as per the agreed contract schedule.
6- Controlling the project cash flow according to the agreed contract payment terms.
7- Attending the regular project meeting with consultant/main contractor or end user.
8- Reporting to Head of Projects.
