Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
→ Manage end-to-end project delivery within insurance and financial services domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
→ Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to drive project execution, sprint planning, and continuous delivery.
→ Collaborate with stakeholders, business owners, and product owners to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
→ Facilitate backlog creation and refinement sessions:
* Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
* Translate high-level requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
* Prioritize backlog items based on business value, dependencies, and risks.
* Ensure backlog items meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) for upcoming sprints.
→ Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices to improve delivery efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
→ Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and financials, providing regular updates to leadership.
→ Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Required Skills:
→ Strong background in insurance and financial domain projects.
→ Expertise in Agile methodology with Agile Coach certification.
→ Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
→ Hands-on knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, Trello).
