What You’ll Do

• Spearhead Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) projects, overseeing end-to-end execution in diesel engines and power generation systems.
• Define project scopes, set clear objectives, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.
• Manage budgets, lead negotiations, conduct risk assessments, and implement effective change management strategies.
• Leverage your expertise in project management to meet contractual obligations and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions in industrial automation.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Diesel Engines and Power Generation, ideally in project execution or management roles.
• Proven expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Strong track record in managing project scopes, budgets, negotiations, risk assessments, and change management.
