Job Description

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Spearhead Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) projects, overseeing end-to-end execution in diesel engines and power generation systems.</li><li>Define project scopes, set clear objectives, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.</li><li>Manage budgets, lead negotiations, conduct risk assessments, and implement effective change management strategies.</li><li>Leverage your expertise in project management to meet contractual obligations and drive operational excellence.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions in industrial automation.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><p><b>Education:</b></p><p>Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in Diesel Engines and Power Generation, ideally in project execution or management roles.</li><li>Proven expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.</li><li>Strong track record in managing project scopes, budgets, negotiations, risk assessments, and change management.</li></ul><p><b>Skills & Qualities:</b></p><ul><li>Deep technical knowledge of diesel engines and power generation systems.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li></ul>
