We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager / Site Engineer with expertise in Major Inspections (MI) and overhauling of Siemens 2000E Gas Turbine units. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to execute projects on time while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Major Inspection (MI) and overhauling activities for Siemens 2000E Gas Turbines at site.
- Supervise and coordinate site teams, contractors, and technicians during execution.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Perform technical inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of turbine components.
- Ensure strict adherence to OEM procedures, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, inspection reports, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics for spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Liaise with clients, OEM representatives, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to site teams and junior engineers.
- Support commissioning and post-overhaul performance testing.
Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth expertise in MI and overhauling of Siemens 2000E Gas Turbine units.
