Zaleej is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead prestigious real estate development and construction projects across Kuwait. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who can drive projects from concept to handover, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget control. If you have a proven track record managing medium to large-scale developments and can navigate both Arabic and English fluently, we want to hear from you! What Youll Do: Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility & permitting to construction & handover Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve strategic goals Oversee on-site progress, ensuring compliance with safety, quality & regulations Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities Build and mentor high-performing teams What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field (Masters a plus) 810 years experience in real estate development & construction project management Strong knowledge of Kuwaits building regulations & permitting processes Proven leadership & negotiation skills Bilingual (Arabic & English) verbal and written fluency essential
