Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, social media team, performance marketing team, PR personnel, web development teams, and offline teams to ensure timely and successful project completion. Develop and maintain comprehensive project management documentation, tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Closely align project execution with the marketing calendar, planning and scheduling projects 5-6 months in advance. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control. Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, proactively proposing solutions to maintain project momentum. Foster open communication, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and potential challenges. Oversee collateral dispatch for offline marketing initiatives.
