Position Summary:
- Plan, execute, and monitor energy infrastructure and fuel cell projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with U.S.-based teams in engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning.
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and risk to meet company objectives and client expectations.
- Conduct project meetings, track deliverables, update status reports, and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Identify and address project risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide weekly and monthly project updates to senior leadership globally.
- Support documentation, change management, and project controls following PMO processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering; PMP certification is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience in managing complex engineering or energy infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools.
- Experience with international project teams, particularly U.S.-India collaborations.
- Strong knowledge of fuel cell, hydrogen, or power generation projects.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the global team.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with U.S. clients or projects adhering to U.S. codes and standards.
- Familiarity with Hydrogen energy systems, electrolysers, or clean energy technologies.
- Exposure to EPC or modular skid-based engineering projects is beneficial.
