Responsibilities: 1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies to ensure the team follows Scrum best practices. 2. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress. 3. Track and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any obstacles or issues that may arise. 4. Help the team stay focused on priorities and ensure that project deadlines are met. 5. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous improvement. 6. Act as a servant leader, providing support to team members and removing any roadblocks that may hinder their work.
