Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Master construction management, construction drawings, construction specifications and requirements, and be familiar with basic construction procedures such as project planning, architectural design, acceptance specifications and municipal supporting facilities;
2.Review construction drawings, be responsible for contacting designers and construction subcontractors and solving on-site construction problems;
3.During the construction process, be responsible for the control of construction quality and progress, and solve specific professional and technical problems that arise during construction;
4.During the project construction process, be responsible for the safety management of the construction site, coordinate the relationship between the owner, the construction unit and other professionals;
5.Be responsible for organizing the collection and collation of various materials according to the requirements of the preparation of completion materials, and participate in the acceptance of engineering divisions, sub-items and completion acceptance;
6.Review the scope of construction documents and assist in various additional settlement matters.
7.Work and arrangements arranged by the project manager;
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering or electrical engineering;
2.More than 3 years of construction management experience in related fields, those with intermediate or above professional titles are preferred;
3.Familiar with relevant national laws and policies, familiar with civil engineering construction drawings, construction management and relevant civil engineering construction specifications and requirements, and have good communication and problem-solving skills with designers;
4.Able to reasonably control the progress and quality of professional projects;
5.Experience in preparation and review of construction plans and construction plans;
6.Good computer operation skills, strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and teamwork spirit, and strong hospitality;
7.Those with experience in foreign project management and good English are preferred.Job Responsibilities:
