Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Help identify the required project resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.
- Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact between the Project Manager and project team.
- Organize and lead regular project meetings, document key discussions and action points.
- Contribute to risk assessment and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Monitor budget performance, including expenses and resource utilization.
- Support cost-control measures and drive efficiency improvements.
