Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all VRF air conditioning projects within the MEP scope, ensuring effective planning, execution, and successful delivery. Manage and direct a team of engineers including After Sales Engineers, Operation Engineers, and Supervision Engineers. Define departmental strategies, set project goals, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure all technical and contractual requirements are fulfilled. Develop and manage master schedules, resource allocations, and overall project budgets. Oversee all site activities through the engineering team, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and timeframes. Represent the company in client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings, ensuring professional communication and alignment. Assess risks across projects and implement strategic mitigation plans. Monitor and report department performance, project progress, and key challenges to senior management. Ensure high levels of technical execution and client satisfaction across all projects. Maintain full documentation for all projects including contracts, technical drawings, reports, and approvals.
