Job Description
Almadina Hypermarket Group is looking for an experienced and result-driven Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our property portfolio while ensuring compliance, profitability, and smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Leasing out vacant properties within targeted timelines
Preparing lease documents and agreements with all necessary legal clauses to safeguard company interests
Monitoring and following up on payments and agreement renewals
Issuing timely renewal notices, managing terminations, and handling proper space handovers including deferred payment follow-ups
Submitting detailed weekly reports every Thursday in the prescribed format
Sourcing new properties, identifying landlords, and conducting feasibility and market studies
Preparing reports on area demographics, surrounding population, and targeted nationalities
Coordinating meetings and negotiations with management and landlords
Finalizing agreements in collaboration with the Admin and Legal departments
Actively participating in the handover process of newly acquired properties
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate or property management within the UAE
Strong understanding of leasing procedures and legal documentation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
