Key Responsibilities: Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications Generate a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BoQ) Prepare technical & commercial bid documents Conduct cost estimation and budget analysis Collaborate with vendors & subcontractors for cost comparison Participate in pre-tender meetings and site visits Assess and prepare contract variation requests Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field 8 to 10 years of experience in MEP & E&I projects Strong financial acumen & budget management skills Experience in contract management and project planning
