We are seeking a highly motivated Proposal Engineer to join our team. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for developing and preparing technical and commercial proposals for EPC, oil & gas, industrial, and infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project requirements, cost estimation, and proposal writing.

• Prepare and develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct cost estimation and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Teams.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Manage proposal deadlines and submissions.

Required Skills

• Expertise in BOQs and cost estimation.
• Experience with international codes & standards (ASTM, ASME, API, ISO).
• Strong proposal writing skills.
• Client-facing experience.
