Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and proxy statements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on securities laws and regulations.

• Support senior attorneys in negotiating and structuring capital markets transactions.
