Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, finished goods, and general samples using classical and analytical equipment. Issue QC slips and sign Certificates of Analysis for approved finished goods. Coordinate with other departments regarding the quality control status of products. Conduct daily inspection and evaluation of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods, then interpret and report results. Operate analytical instruments such as FT-IR Spectrophotometer, GC, HPLC, UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, and TGA/DSC as needed. Manage laboratory supplies, ensure proper housekeeping, and maintain quality records. Participate in discussions and evaluations of non-conformances. Provide training on new test methods, analytical techniques, and QA systems when introduced.
