We are hiring an experienced QA/QC Manager for a prestigious Oil & Gas project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and leadership to oversee quality assurance and control processes for complex engineering and field operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage QA/QC functions across Oil & Gas projects. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards. Supervise quality audits and inspections during project execution phases. Develop and implement quality management systems and documentation. Coordinate with engineering and project management teams for quality alignment. Maintain field quality records and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs). Guide the team through quality improvement initiatives and training.
