We are looking for a QS Mechanical to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of mechanical projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of projects within budget and timeline.

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for mechanical projects.
• Manage and track project costs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential cost overruns.
• Prepare and submit payment applications.
