We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Head to lead our Quality Assurance team at Balexco. The Quality Head will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of quality management principles, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant regulations.

Required Skills

• Proven leadership in Quality Assurance.
