We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor specializing in Civil projects. You will be responsible for managing all costs related to civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for civil projects.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential overruns.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
