We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in cost planning to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of project costs, from initial estimates to final accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential overruns or savings.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify quantities.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Prepare and submit valuation reports and final accounts.
